Customer Service/Sales Administrator
Kettering
Hours - Monday to Friday (Apply online only) - 1 hr lunch, half day Friday once per month

Our client, an established brand, are recruiting a Customer Service/Internal Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for developing and enhancing the performance of the customer services team through efficient call and query handling, document processing, communication to customers and external sales personnel.
Key responsibilities:-
Answering incoming calls from customers and sales personnel
Checking incoming sales orders for accuracy
Co-ordinating customer returns and raising credit notes
Some aspects of sales through promotional activity and up selling
Ensure follow up by passing sales leads to account managers where required and keep tabs on the outcome
Handle in-bound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Make outbound follow up calls to existing account base via telephone, E-mail etc
Attend periodic sales/product training when required
Emphasise product/service, features and benefits of product range and companyTo be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills/experience:-
Computer / IT (SAP /Qlikview would be of benefit)
Office, Excel (to reasonable level) and Outlook
Excellent telephone manner
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to build and develop lasting relationships with customers
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
Excellent communication skills (Verbal / Written)
Capable of organising and prioritising workloads
Ability to work as part of a team

Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30 - 1 hour lunch (42.5 hrs pw). You also get a half day Friday once a month, pension scheme and 23 days holiday.
