On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Customer Service Assistant to join their welcoming team. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service role, will demonstrate strong communication/customer service skills, and will feel confident using their own initiative during their day-to-day duties. The chosen candidate will be supporting the Sales Team, dealing with customers (both internal and external) and ensuring that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Sales team to achieve maximum efficiency
Dealing with customers and clients via telephone calls and emails
Ensuring that outstanding customer service is demonstrated throughout each working day
Dealing with orders, returns, sales, and after sales service
Dealing with both internal and external customers
Handling general administrative duties where required
Key Skills:
Previous experience within customer service
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
Demonstrates strong customer service/communication skills
Works well as part of a team, however, is also able to use own initiative and be self-disciplined
Strong verbal and written communication
Obtain the ability to acknowledge and deal with frequently asked questions
