Project Manager – Nuclear

Contract – Inside IR35 – 6 months
Location: Reading (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced project manager with a proven track record in delivering complex engineering solutions in regulated industries? Join a leading organisation driving digital transformation and operational technology in the Nuclear sector.

The Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager with a background in Nuclear to lead high-value, turnkey projects (£multi-millions) from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

* Requirements definition to commissioning and ongoing support, end-to-end responsibility for project delivery.

* Managing financial performance, subcontractors, and customer relationships.

* Ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards.

About You

* Extensive project management experience in Nuclear industries.

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.

* Experience with NEC3/4 contracts and subcontractor management.

* SC clearance and full right to work in the UK.
