We are the UK’s specialist provider of secondary glazing, looking to appoint an Estimator to our dedicated sales team and play a key role in providing accurate, high-quality estimates and proposals for our secondary glazing solutions. you will be a vital link between our customers and the delivery of their glazing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical advice on secondary glazing solutions.
Preparing accurate estimates and proposals for customers.
Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
Supporting the sales team in converting leads into sales opportunities.
Attending customer sites on large projects as needed.
The Company

Founded in 1966, Selectaglaze is the UK’s specialist provider of secondary glazing. Testament to the quality of product, service and knowledge, Selectaglaze was awarded a Royal Warrant in 2004. We supply and fit our products in some of the country’s most prestigious buildings. We have been able to continuously develop our products to meet changing needs – eg noise reduction, heat retention and safety.

The Person

Mid-senior level experience in estimating or a related field (preferably within the window industry).
Ability to build strong relationships in a professional and friendly manner.
Suitable NVQ or BTEC in Construction, or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and industry related CRM
Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices, proven experience in estimator role.
Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
Experience in construction or sales related industries.
Experience in understanding and considering contractual requirements.
Experience in industry related CRM software and digital estimating
Strong communication skills
