As an Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting EV Drivers over the phone
* Logging issues / queries on the system
* Liaising with key personnel, suppliers and the EV Technical Advisor team.
We are looking to speak with Customer Service Advisors who have:
* Customer Service experience or office based experience
* EV Charge point knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
* The facility to work 4 on 4 off day shifts in the Ollerton based office.
