We are currently recruiting for a special school within the Harbourne area and are looking for a number of SEN Teaching Assistants with specific experience in Autism and Learning Difficulties. The school cultivates a safe and caring environment where children can thrive and have the opportunity to meet their full potential!

What they are looking for:

* Day-to-day and long-term staff

* Specific experience working with children with Autism

* Initiative, dedication, and passion

* Support the inclusion of al children

The right candidate must:

* Have 6 months or more experience working within UK schools

* Experience of working with children with additional needs

* Reliability

* Either a level 2 or 3 qualification within childcare or health and social care
