Hours, we look for arrive to site 8.30am up to 5pm on site with 30 minute unpaid break

Flexibility to start earlier and complete earlier when jobs suit

There is half an hour travel unpaid allowance each way

Ok to use van for domestic travel

5% commission on sales for customers that you introduce

Overtime in working day

Any travel time before 8.00am and after 5.30pm is at overtime, time and half

Any work on site outside of 8.30am and 5pm is at overtime, time and half

If any late evening calls from 10.00pm to 6.00am double time

Weekend Overtime

Saturday, time and half

Sunday, double time

Call Out

1 in 4 weekday evening, stand by £ 10 per evening for on call

1 in 4 weekends, stand by £ 70 per weekend (from Friday 5pm to Monday 8am)

Bank holidays £ 75 stand by, double time rate

Duties to include:

Air conditioning Reactive calls on air conditioning faults

Reactive service calls to refrigeration equipment

Preventative maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment

Air con and Refrigeration installations to include:

* Chiller and freezer room systems

* Beer cellars

* Remote shop displays

* Air con, splits, multi splits and twins etc

Area we cover is Dorset, West Hampshire, South Somerset. Lots in Bournemouth, Poole around Wimborne, North Dorset, Purbecks. We do some work further away too but generally local for independent businesses
