? About the Role:

As our new Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of the company - out there in the field, shaking hands, making deals, and showing clients why they're the smart choice for facilities management solutions across the UK.

From securing new business to nurturing existing accounts, your days will be filled with variety, autonomy, and the satisfying sound of sales success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving new business opportunities through face-to-face client meetings, networking, and cold outreach
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts
Conducting site visits and presenting tailored service solutions
Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts with confidence
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progression

? What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience - B2B or field-based preferred
A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing deals
Self-motivated and organised, with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle
Willingness to travel across the UK
A team player with a positive, go-getter attitude

Bonus points if you've worked in facilities management or service-based industries
