A leading residential developer is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator for a large-scale project in Milton Keynes. This role involves overseeing the technical elements of a 1700-unit development, which includes both traditional and timber frame construction. The successful candidate will be based primarily in the office, with regular site visits to ensure the smooth progression of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of the development, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building regulations.

* Liaise with design consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide technical input and resolve any design or build challenges.

* Facilitate communication between the office and on-site teams, ensuring that technical drawings and specifications are up-to-date and accurate.

* Review technical documents, manage the approval process, and oversee any necessary adjustments.

* Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.

* Support the project team with technical advice and problem-solving to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar technical coordination role within residential development.

* Strong understanding of traditional and timber frame construction methods.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Full UK driving license required for site visits.
