Looking for a Document Controller with strong 4 Projects experience to join a leading London Main Contractor. You will be based on a Grade-II listed mansion block based in Victoria being transformed into a super-prime residences, ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom duplexes, with a luxury interior design that takes inspiration from the building’s rich history.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Document control across multiple projects in terms of RFI’S/ Submittals/ Tech Subs/ Drawings/ Samples.
* Implementing procedures
* Adding new users and setting permissions
* Creating multiple projects
* Document Control
* QA Checking all documents issued through 4 Projects.
* Uploading documents from various sources e.g. architects, trades, client.
* Issuing and Distributing documents to various subcontractors and client & architect.
* Ensuring document workflow and audit trail is accurate
* Keeping a record of all documents received via reporting
* Printing drawings for racks and site files.
* Supporting and ensuring all project staff have latest documents
* Creating reports through drawings database for use in design workshops
* Compiling weekly/monthly progress reports for client meetings.
* Updating and maintaining in house database
* Training external architects, consultants and trades on in house system (4 Projects) and protocols
* Compiling Health and Safety files
* Assisting with site set up
* Archiving
* Assisting project managers and contracts where needed.
* Assisting with handover files
* Chasing sub-contractors for progress reports
* Ordering PPE
* Organising couriers
