More about the role:

You will be responsible for organising and managing recipe specifications for Amex Lounge and W101, Passionate about food and guest experience.

You will assist the Head Chef in  running and development of this department and the staff within the kitchen.

Monitor and manage GP.

All food wastage is recorded and minimised

Ensure food development and menu planning is both sustainable and seasonal Support the head chef in leading the Amex culinary team through the Levy cares charter and sustainability targets

Work Closely with Head of Amex Lounge & Purchasing Manager

Implement activation tailored towards the audience for each event with GP/SKY

 About you:

Proven experience in managing successful teams in a similar environment

Elevated dining knowledge/experience

Experience of leading and managing a small team of people

Culinary flair and creativity
