V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well established main contractor who specialise in commercial, residential and industrial projects across the North West. Due to business growth they are looking for an External Site Manager/Façade Manager to join their team!

Ideal candidate:

* Expert knowledge of unitised cladding systems, brickslip facades and curtain walling.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

* Methodical and organised individual.

* Strong leader.

Duties include:

* Overseeing the whole of the facade works on the project.

* Ensuring the façade package is delivered to the highest quality, safety, to programme and within budget.

* Managing relevant subcontractors.

* Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme.

* Quality management.

* Attending and chairing progress meetings with subcontractor.

* Managing health & safety on site.
