Reed Engineering are working with a composite manufacturing company who are a Tier 1 Supplier to the F1 industry. I am looking for a skilled Composite Laminator. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to high-level projects with precision and expertise.

Day-to-day of the role:

Fabricate and repair composite materials for various applications, primarily in the automotive sector.
Use hand tools and machines to cut, fit, and assemble composite materials.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately construct components.
Ensure all components meet strict quality and technical standards.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop manufacturing processes and improve the efficiency of production.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to comply with safety regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Composite Laminator, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industries.
Strong understanding of composite materials and their applications.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
High level of precision and attention to detail.
Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to use various tools and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Benefits:
