Duties include:-
* Taking orders by email or phone
* Order processing
* Checking of orders, delivery dates and pricing
* Customer deliveries
* Processing invoices
* Dealing with enquiries and query resolution
* Liaising with internal departments
The role requires lots of checking, co-ordinating, updating records, managing paperwork, customer contact.
