Quantity Surveyor

Norfolk Professional Building Services are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our busy office. NPB works on many prestigious high-end projects in Norfolk. From period restoration to modern new builds. We have an excellent highly skilled and stable team. We strive to enjoy the process of delivering successful projects for our clients.

Join our busy team and have the benefit of a varied role across all Quantity surveying and commercial disciplines.

What we are looking for: -

* Management of Subcontractors – review and analyse prices, place orders and manage sub-contractors through to certification of payment and package completion.

* Attend contract meetings and report as required.

* Interim valuations and variations.

* Pre-tender surveys.

* Assist with pricing tenders, pricing sub-contractors, specialists, utilities and materials etc.

* Project Procurement.

About you: -

* A formal qualification and experience of commercial management.

* Experience as a commercial manager/Quantity Surveyor

* You will like being part of a busy office environment and dealing with a multitude of different challenges.

* Relevant experience within the industry
