Food & Beverage Supervisor, required for a prestigious hotel in Guildford area.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will assist the Manager with the smooth day to day running and supervision within the food and beverage service areas of this hotel.

For the opportunity of Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will need to be highly motivated and confident enough in your own abilities to work in an environment where exceeding the expectations of customers is the minimum requirement.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, your area will need to be run effectively at all times, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service with subtle selling techniques.

All staff within the team will need to be kept up to date with the functions/business of the day, menus, and have comprehensive product knowledge to department standards – this will be your responsibility, as will driving and motivating the members of your team.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor role involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, and will be contracted to a Full-time contract, 45 hours per week.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will:

* Need a good command of English.

* Have experience in a similar customer service role with supervisory skills.

* Need to have excellent attention to detail and be ‘standards’ driven.

* You will be extremely well presented.

The salary for Food & Beverage Supervisor is given as £13.65 per hour, including holiday pay / 45 hour contract / overtime paid at hourly rate. If you require relocation, our client can assist to find accommodation for you in Guildford.
