Microsoft Power BI, HR and Data Graduate - £25,500 Permanent - South Yorkshire

Our client is looking for a technical graduate to join their team in Microsoft Power BI, HR & Data, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing their business intelligence capabilities. You'll design and maintain cutting-edge Power BI solutions, primarily supporting HR, while also collaborating with departments like Finance and Operations. Working in an Agile Scrum environment, you'll help shape their BI architecture and ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop robust data models in SQL and Power BI for HR and related functions.
Visualise key HR metrics, empowering users with actionable insights.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of secure data warehouses and datasets.
Address challenges related to data integrity and quality.
Document business requirements and deliver system training to key users.
Provide 1st to 4th line support for system changes and projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects.Requirements:

Degree in business analytics or related field.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, data warehousing, and ETL solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
Understanding of GDPR and data management best practices.
Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to business needs, with a flair for HR.Desirable Skills:

Experience with HR systems or reporting environments.
Familiarity with iTrent, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 is a plus.What we can offer you:
