Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.37 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours/Days: 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday (weekend work including)

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have received a Debt Recovery letter. Your responsibilities will include taking payments, setting up payment arrangements, and handling customer queries - all with a professional and empathetic approach.

Handle calls and customer queries in a polite, professional manner
Take payments and negotiate suitable payment arrangements with debtors
Update account status and respond to queries using Client systems
Adhere to business parameters and regulatory requirementsSkills Required:

Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong customer service abilities
Motivated and target-driven
Good PC literacy, including Microsoft Office
Good negotiation skills
Previous experience in customer service or debt recovery (desirable but not essential)
