The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all field electrical work, ensuring the job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You'll lead and coordinate a team of electricians and work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities on the job site

*

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

*

Ensure work is performed according to code and project requirements

*

Monitor crew productivity, material usage, and job progress

*

Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and toolbox talks

*

Communicate effectively with site management and project teams

*

Maintain accurate reports, logs, and as-builts

*

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as needed

Requirements:

*

Gold ECS card

*

SSSTS / SMSTS

*

5+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

*

Strong background in commercial construction projects

*

Deep understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews efficiently

*

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
