Working 3 Shifts rotating Mon - Fri

What You Will Do:

Be an integral part of the Maintenance team, participating in shift-based support activities to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve the productivity and safety of plant machinery and equipment.
Implement and adhere to maintenance schedules, contributing to minimum production losses and ensuring equipment functions to the highest standards.
Complete maintenance reporting systems as required, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation.
Investigate accidents/incidents in alignment with the company's Health & Safety Policy and report any unsafe practices.
Provide backup support to the Maintenance Team Leader and Engineering Manager, ensuring excellent housekeeping at all times.
What You Will Bring:

HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant field – Electrical or Mechanical
A multi-skilled approach with proficiency in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
The ability to work independently, managing workload effectively without direct supervision.
Engineers with current or recent experience as Maintenance Technician, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer or Shift Engineer will have the right skills for this role
