TwentyOne Build is proud to partner with a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy in their search for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Glasgow.

Our client has a strong reputation in the Scottish market, and currently on track for their best year yet! This is an excellent time to join the team as they continue to grow and enhance their service offering.

This role has arisen due to a significant increase in workload across various sectors, including outstanding success within the Higher Education sector.

You will also have the opportunity to work on projects in the following sectors: Commercial, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Residential, and Local Authority, among others.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a UK consultancy environment is essential

* NEC contract experience would be an advantage

* Sector experience in any of the following would be beneficial: Higher Education, Commercial, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Residential, or Local Authority

* MRICS status is preferred but not essential

* Willingness to work on projects across the Central Belt

What’s on offer:

* Salary: £50,000 – £57,000 DOE
