About the Role:

ITS is working with a respected residential main contractor delivering high-quality developments (3–12 units). We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage site operations to ensure smooth project delivery

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers & trades

* Ensure quality control, health & safety, and programme adherence

* Keep projects on time and within budget

* Handle client and stakeholder communication

* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in residential site management
✔️ Strong knowledge of housebuilding regulations & NHBC standards
✔️ Excellent leadership, organisation & problem-solving skills
✔️ SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certification (essential)
✔️ Full UK driving licence (travel required)
