About the job Job Description- Exhibition Sales
An exciting opportunity for a hungry sales professional has arisen to join a dynamic, fast thinking global events company. The key focus of this position is to sell exhibition space, advertising and sponsorship within a brand.
As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you will strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Key responsibilities include:
Telephone calls to pitch the event to prospects
Well written and concise emails
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Lead Generation
Client Management and Customer Service
Understand the needs of your business customers
Research the market and related products
Gather market and customer information
Fully immerse yourself into the silicone industry
Managing the pipeline
Visiting relevant events globally
Event management when necessary
Liaise with the marketing team when required
The ideal candidate will have:
Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM Systems
Confident ability on the phone
A tenacious approach to winning new business
Comfortable face to face with prospects
Valid Passport
A desire to be part of a high performing team
Have a ‘let’s get this done’ attitude
Be innovative and forward thinking
Package:
£40-50k ote year one
