Safety Compliance Advisor | Kidderminster / Hybrid | £35,000 - £38,954 + benefits
Join our social housing client as a Safety Compliance Advisor, supporting the Safety Compliance Manager to ensure fire, asbestos and water safety compliance. This is a varied, challenging role working as part of a wider Safety and Compliance team. Typical responsibilities will include:
* Manage programmed works to meet compliance obligations.
* Oversee remedial actions and prioritise communications with authorities.
* Analyse compliance data to identify trends.
* Adjust work programs and communicate updates to customers and the Compliance Management Team.
* Provide technical support on compliance issues.
* Monitor budgets and provide monthly financial updates.
* Lead internal compliance projects and manage compliance contracts.
* Ensure all activities meet health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records in the asset management system.
* Review and update procedures for compliance activities.
We are looking for someone with:
* Knowledge of fire safety, asbestos, and legionella.
* Proven experience in managing compliance programs in social housing.
* Strong communication skills and contract management experience.
* Familiarity with budget management
