Location: Havant / Emsworth

Role Overview
 
As a Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring their needs are met through various communication channels. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing their needs and providing relevant information.
Offer accurate guidance and support to customers based on their specific requirements.
Process customer payments as needed.
Learn and utilize in-house systems proficiently to support customer requests.
Maintain clear and accurate communication between customers and internal departments.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and team responsibilities as required.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Complete administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer service operations. Key Requirements

Previous experience in any customer-facing service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player who can follow instructions while showing empathy to all customers.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable with a genuine desire to help customers.
