IT 2nd Line support - London City - Global Law firm.

Salary 43-45k + Bens

Hybrid , 3 days office 2 days Home.

Applicants must have worked within a law firm or Legal MSP as legal applications experience is required.

Technical skills required for this 2nd line Escalation role include

* Excellent troubleshooting skills, with demonstrable knowledge of desktop hardware, and laptops

* A minimum of 2 years IT support experience within a law firm

* Experience of core Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* A thorough understanding of legal software and technologies

* Audio/Video conference knowledge desirable

* Experience with ServiceNow desirable

* ITIL Foundation qualification desirable, or equivalent experience
