Private Chauffeur (233jc) – London – circa £45k + Benefits

I am currently working with a young family who are based in Belgravia and who are looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Chauffeur to join their household, however you may have to drive the family to their second family home based in Malmesbury, as well as trips to Belgium.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.

You will be reporting to the Principal and your role will include the following:

* To ensure a safe ride to and from school

* Perform a variety of errands and assignments as needed

* Demonstrate high flexibility in scheduling and availability

* Maintain a professional demeanour at all times

* Utilize technical knowledge of vehicles for minor maintenance and troubleshooting (preferred)

To be eligible for this role, you will need the following:

* Proven experience as a Chauffeur within a similar environment with excellent references

* High level of responsibility and reliability and who can exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

* Willingness to undertake frequent assignments

* Regular travel within the UK and occasionally to Belgium (accommodation provided)

* Technical knowledge of vehicles is a plus as you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the vehicles making sure that they are all up to date with MoT’s, servicing etc and are fully stocked as principals’ requirements.

* Hold a valid UK driving license, however advanced driving licence would be a distinct advantage

* Residing in the London area

* Holder of an international passport for travel purposes

* To be available asap, preferably as of September

The ideal candidate would be someone who lives within a reasonable commute to Belgravia and who is used to working for a very private family situation as they have very young children and who is willing to take ownership of his role and use their initiative in regard to your role and duties, and who is willing to go the extra mile. However, as there is no threat for the client, CP duties are not needed for this family.
