has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established law firm based in the picturesque town of Launceston, Cornwall. If you excel in building strong client relationships, managing a diverse caseload, and working collaboratively in a supportive team environment, this role could be the ideal next step in your legal career. Private Client Lawyer Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection, Deputyships, and Estate Administration.

Draft tailored documents and letters to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.

Negotiate and secure agreed outcomes with clients and other professionals.

Oversee the successful implementation of agreements and coordinate involved parties.

Supervise and mentor trainee solicitors and legal assistants.

Stay current with legal developments through ongoing professional training (CPD).

Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

Private Client Lawyer Requirements:

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE

Proven experience in Private Client Law, including expertise in Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief claims (desirable).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork capabilities and adaptability.

Drive and enthusiasm for the private client sector.

Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and the SOS document management system (advantageous)
