Job role :

There exists a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Sales professional to join an already successful and established store team.
*
This remit is pivotal to maintain the brands reputation for excellence while assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving forward sales.
*
Encouraging your colleague fraternity to achieve and exceed both individually assigned and team collective targets and trading goals.
*
Key to this role is the need to collaborate with all team members to always ensure the work environment is ever positive and motivational to be within.
*
There will be specific management tasks assigned to you i.e. Rota management, H&S tasks and training across to organising regular stock audits and more.
*
In terms of staff guidance, you will strive to imprint best practice when it comes to client engagement and how best to use consultative sales techniques throughout every sales journey.
*
Your default position is always to be on hand to train and educate your sales consultants to enhance their product knowledge.
*
Partnering your Store Manager, you will both set and execute sales strategies ensuring trading aspirations are accomplished whilst always ensuring exceptional customer experience.
*
It would also be in your consciousness to ever uphold the best of Brand Ambassadorship by maintaining and encouraging your whole team to subscribe to maintaining a polished appearance and perpetuate a genuine passion for luxury jewellery.
Requirements:
*
It would be great if you possess 3-4 years of experience in luxury retail and be advantageous if already jewellery industry aware.
*
Used to liaising with high-end clientele with an appetite to achieve and surpass sales targets set.
*
You thrive adding value to your co-workers’ careers & are an adept solution provider able to offer operational competence at every turn.
*
I.T savvy you can interpret and use data to best effect and are able to concisely direct others to prioritise accordingly.
*
Be it a customer or team member your presence inspires both future patronage / employer commitment and others can easily appreciate your own luxury products sales & marketing passion.
*
In-store standards are ever under the spotlight - the retail stage must always be in a state of readiness for all to perform upon with store support services well organised & instantly available the moment they are required.
*
