Key Responsibilities:

Provide emotional, practical, and administrative support to residents.
Assist with housing searches, applications, and tenancy management.
Ensure resident safety and security, following hostel/housing policies.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety plans.Essential Criteria:

Enhanced DBS clearance
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Desirable)
Experience in housing or homelessness support
Knowledge of local support services
