Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

* Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts to precise specifications.

* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to plan machining operations.

* Adjust machine settings and input program modifications to optimize performance and accuracy.

* Conduct regular quality checks on parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programming, tooling, and machining processes.

* Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operations.

* Collaborate with the production team to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer, with strong programming skills.

* Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.

* Solid understanding of CNC machine setup, tooling, and operation.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
