Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Higher Education Recruitment team. This role involves working closely with our existing team to identify, attract, and place top talent in the education sector. We are looking for a driven individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a genuine desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit potential students to our partner universities using social media tools (Facebook, email marketing, TikTok, Instagram)

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our partner universities and their programs to potential students

Conduct market research to identify target markets and potential students

*

Create and manage marketing campaigns

*

Handle email and phone calls, marketing materials, including brochures and social media posts
