Are you a driven and high-achieving HR professional looking to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial business? Our client, a privately owned and self-funded business, is recruiting an Senior HR Advisor to support their ambitious growth. They are a group of companies including two Foreign Exchange Brokerages, a Fintech hub, a Property Media Company, and a Luxury Property Brand. As they continue to expand, their HR team is essential to supporting their people.
The main purpose of a Senior HR Advisor role is:
HR System Management:
* Update and maintain employee records on the HRMS (People HR).
* Ensure accurate records of contractual changes, holiday, and sick leave.
HR Communication:
* Monitor and respond to queries in the HR Mailbox.
* Take ownership of the HR Newsletter.
HR Audits & Administration:
* Conduct regular HR data audits.
* Refine HR administration processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
* Manage absence records and conduct Return to Work interviews.
Payroll, Benefits & Invoicing:
* Run payroll for our UK and Spain offices.
* Manage paperwork for family leave, flexible working, and employee benefits.
* Process pension reports, company incentives, and HR invoices.
Systems & Compliance:
* Maintain up-to-date employee records in CRM.
* Conduct annual DBS checks and manage the P11D process.
Onboarding & Employee Welfare:
* Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and handle the onboarding process.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR administration, with exposure to payroll and benefits management.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
