Job title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Static site in Guildford

Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying £45,000 Per annum.

Requirements:

* City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing

* Building services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong mechanical maintenance supervisor to lead a team of 3 engineers based on a critical site in Guildford. Thia will also be a hands on role so you may be on the tools from time to time. The site offers free parking and bundles of overtime.

Responsibilities:

PPMs & reactive maintenance
Working on Pumps
Hot & cold water
Low- & high-pressure water
HVAC maintenance
