We are working in partnership with an established freight forwarder in Basildon who are currently looking for an experienced Sea Freight Account Manager/Coordinator to join their growing exports team. This role involves managing export shipments, ensuring customs compliance, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle sea freight export operations from start to finish.

* Complete customs declarations and ensure compliance.

* Maintain strong communication with clients and suppliers.

* Ensure accurate invoicing and timely processing of shipments.

* Work closely with internal teams to improve efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in sea freight exports

* Familiarity with customs systems and documentation.

Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30

£28-32k DOE
