Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and submit planning applications, including detailed planning statements and reports.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progression.
Provide expert guidance and advice to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Conduct site assessments and prepare comprehensive planning appraisals.Key Skills:

MRTPI qualified or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in planning, with experience in both residential and commercial projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
