As a Biomedical Scientist, you will:
Assist the Senior Biomedical Scientist and liaise with the Section Head for the management of the Histopathology Department.
Perform routine and complex investigations and analyses of tissue using specialised equipment.
Ensure compliance with IBMS, HCPC, ISO 15189 (2012), and UKAS accreditation standards.
Participate in the day-to-day organisation and delivery of clinical pathology services.
Teach new staff and collaborate with supervisory staff and pathologists on new techniques.
Maintain effective teamwork and good relationships with all staff members.
Rotate through all areas of the department, performing various laboratory techniques.Package and Benefits:

HCPC registration.
Experience working in a Histology lab.
Membership in the Institute of Biomedical Sciences.
