My client is seeking a Venue Manager to work in their well-established Hotel & Bar in Southsea, Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for the running of the venue which includes a bar and function area and over 5 rooms for guests. Also a team of 6 staff and reporting directly to the owners.
Venue Manager Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the supervision of staff
* Rotas
* Stock ordering
* Promotions and events
* Guest satisfaction
Venue Manager Skills / Experience:
* experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry
* good communication
* good leadership
* creative thinking to run and manage new promotions for the venue
