We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join a prestigious Tier 1 contractor for an exciting, large-scale project based in Bridgewater, Somerset. This multi-year project offers long-term career stability and the chance to work on an industry-leading development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the successful execution of mechanical aspects of the project.

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery.

* Ensure all mechanical systems are installed to the highest standard, including:

* Clean rooms

* Prefab modular installations

* Sprinkler systems

* Building Management Systems (BMS)

* EVLS (Electrical/Mechanical Valve Lockout Stations)

Requirements:

* Proven experience in delivering large-scale mechanical projects.

* Strong knowledge of the mechanical systems listed above.

* Full UK driving license is essential due to the location of the site (parking provided).

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines.
