We are currently working on behalf of a regional construction and civil engineering business for a role of Document Controller. Job Description: As the role document controller, you will be leading the drawing control process. The role will involve the liaison with project teams and primary stakeholders to ensure the accurate flow of drawings and document control.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support document control and design teams to maintain project drawings and documentation.

* Manage and distribute drawings and documents for multiple projects.

* Conduct regular checks and ensure information is being managed consistently across all projects, maintaining revision control and traceability of all documentation form project initiation, through to completion and handover.

* Providing training and support to all project stakeholders.

Skills Required:

* 2-3 years’ experience within a similar, administrative role.

* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and Project Information Management Systems.

* Fantastic organisational skills – managing time and meeting targets and deadlines.

* Excellent verbal communication skills.
