About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale residential development from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the residential sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of a large-scale residential development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks proactively.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
*
Manage and mentor site teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
*
Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders as required.

Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to project specifications.
*
Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in project management within the residential construction sector, preferably on large-scale developments.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
*
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
*
Relevant qualifications in construction management or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, CIOB membership is desirable).
Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience with BREEAM, sustainability initiatives, or modern construction methods.

Knowledge of local planning and building regulations.

Previous experience working on multi-phase residential developments.
