Kenna Recruitment are representing a tier one contractor, who are in the market for a Technical Services Manager to join their team. This project is a a large scheme within the life scinece sector .

About the role:

As a technical services manager , you’ll be liaising with the management team giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.

The ideal candidate can will have experience in commercial fit out and be mechanically bias.

Responsibilities:

* Regular updates and reports

* Completion and commission work.

* QA's

* Manging the sub-contractors

Requirements:

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First aid cert
