What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing financial accounts for agricultural businesses

* Reviewing farm accounts, tax returns, and financial reports

* Providing strategic financial advice while ensuring compliance

* Mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise

What We’re Looking For:

* Extensive experience in agricultural accounting

* Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills

* Proficiency in accounting software (IRIS, FreeAgent, Xero preferred – training available)

* Excellent client management and communication skills
