Teacher of English – Chalk Farm

The teacher of English will be responsible for imparting English language skills through classroom interaction and performing administrative duties. If you want to teach engaging students, work alongside exciting professionals within a well-structured school then this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities

* Performing administrative duties such as marking, class registration, updating records and report writing

* Plan and deliver high-quality teaching within English literature

* Develop and implement effective teaching and techniques to engage and motivate students

* Use a variety of resources and teaching to create a dynamic and stimulating environment

* Work collaboratively with other members to ensure smooth running of the school

Job Requirements

* Enhanced DBS certification

* Minimum 2 years’ experience working with secondary school children (SEN experience preferred but not required)

* Right to work in the UK

* Passionate about helping children become the best version of themselves

* BA (Hons) English Degree
