This role is working for a well-established family business based in Stoke on Trent, this group of companies is seeking a Technical Administrator to work in a busy department, this role is supporting the team with administration duties enabling them to deliver the best service possible to their customers. The main function of this Technical Administrator role is to produce the documentation to accompany the orders when they are produced, so someone from a compliance background or strong admin background would suit this post.
Job Description:
Providing administration support to the team
Dealing with all the associated admin related to the orders
Entering details onto their bespoke system; progressing orders for clients
Working on the MRP system, updating details
Producing documentation for clients to go alongside their orders relating to legislation and certifications for customers For the Technical administrator role, it would be good to see candidates with the following experience:
A compliance background would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail
Strong administration experience within a customer-orientated environment
Someone who can evidence processing information
Strong customer liaison experience
MS Office skills in Word and Excel
Ability to produce good written work, grammatically correct
Highly accurate in their approach
Excellent communication skills
Ideally, working in an engineering, manufacturing, or compliance background would be an advantage Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am – 12:45 pm
Salary: £25,000 Per Annum
