Automotive General Sales Manager 

Basic £45,000

OTE - £70,000+

Main Dealer - Knutsford

C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive General Sales Manager to join a busy and well established sales department in Knutsford.

You will need previous experience working as a Sales Manager with a proven track record. 

General Sales Manager Role Overview

•    Driving the profitability and service levels of the Used Car Sales department.

•    Motivate and focus the team to deliver exceptional sales results and customer service scores.

•    Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings

•    Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests

•    Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.

•    Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.

General Sales Manager Requirements:

•    Experience working as a Sales Manager within the Motortrade.

•    Proven track record.

•    Stable Career history.

•    Full driving license is required.
