LOCATION: Yeovil, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: Up to £13.50 per hour (DOE)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

A dedicated consultant as an additional layer of supportOur client, a highly successful business providing services across the UK and overseas is seeking a passionate and driven Administrator to join their team. Working in a small and welcoming team you will be responsible for providing a range of administration and customer service duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a temporary role for up to 10 -12 weeks, starting immediately therefore you must be able to commit to the full duration.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Answering calls and assisting with queries
Diary management
Updating the internal system
Raising jobs
Typing up letters
Forwarding new customer enquiries to the correct team
Filing/scanning
Meeting and greeting visitorsEssential skills and qualities:

Confident and polite telephone manner
Upbeat and positive attitude
Strong IT skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
