Nexus Resource Solutions have an excellent opportunity for experienced Machine Operators to join a market leading electronics company who are going from strength to strength. Due to continued success, we require Machine Operators to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis. However, the first 3 months probation will be working with Nexus. These are dayshift roles. However, flexibility would be needed if the company had to put on shift work. Please don’t apply if you can work shifts when required.
The Role
The job will require candidates to operate a number of machines including laser machine for reballing there’s also a range of other machines including X-Ray, Component removal, and Re-tinning as well as SMT. The client will offer training on these machines as long as the candidates are keen to learn and have relevant machine op experience in other industries.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previously set and operated automated machinery. You’ll also be used to working in a fast-paced repetitive working environment. Candidates need to be enthusiastic, reliable and show a willingness to learn and develop.
There’s quite a bit of computer work involved so people need to be computer literate. You’ll be checking or editing dimensions on the computer.
Rates/Hours
* £12ph basic.
* £13.80ph on shifts
* 38hr week
* 8am-4pm Mon-Thu
* 8am-1pm Fri
