Commercial Operations Coordinator

Our partner leads innovation in clean technology, offering a proprietary approach to industrial equipment that combines advanced mechanical systems with sustainable solutions. Their technology helps major players in manufacturing reduce environmental impact, lowering hazardous waste, VOC emissions, and CO₂ output for immediate sustainability gains.

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to support the commercial team in daily operations. This role is essential for maintaining efficient commercial processes and includes tasks ranging from CRM management and lead qualification to coordinating customer sample logistics and assisting with social media content. This is a varied role, suited to someone who enjoys supporting commercial initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update customer data in the CRM, qualify leads, and manage POs and contracts.

* Assist with LinkedIn content creation, scheduling, and target account research.

* Compile weekly reports and organise commercial documents for easy team access.

* Manage customer sample tracking, shipping, and communication with logistics.

* Identify and document key stakeholders within target accounts for marketing and sales alignment.

Requirements:

* Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* 1-2 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or marketing.

* Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).

* Proficient in LinkedIn and foundational marketing concepts.

* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Excellent organisational, communication, and detail oriented skills.

* Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.

* Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events.
