Purpose of role:

To carry out PPM’s & reactive works to building plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems.
Fire alarm and sprinkler testing
Water flushing
Responding to ppm’s daily as well as reactive
Client facing role, so good communication skills is essential.
To meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
Respond to Building Management System alarms – BMS
emergency repairs as needed
5 years minimum experience within Building services environment
Hours – Monday – Friday 8am – 17.00pm – Various shift patterns available
